What you'll do

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, client meetings, trade shows, and industry events while partnering with marketing and lead generation teams to build pipeline.
  • Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans, prioritizing high-potential prospects and target accounts.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through presentation, negotiation, and close, with a focus on delivering customer value and ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including market development, subject matter experts, pre-sales engineers, and account managers to advance opportunities and drive results.
  • Gather and share customer, market, and competitive insights while contributing to a collaborative, customer-focused, and high-performance culture.

What they require

  • Demonstrated experience within and/or knowledge of the telecommunications and/or utilities industries (preferred), including customer onboarding, identity management, credit, fraud, contact center/contact efficiency, and collections use cases.
  • Proven client engagement skills including prospecting, relationship-building, deal making, negotiating and closing.
  • Detail oriented; dedicated to quality; customer-focused.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or the equivalent in experience.
