Description
Our client, Endor Labs, is building an application security platform designed for today’s complex, dependency-rich software environments. Its technology helps development teams identify, prioritize, and resolve the open-source and application security risks that matter most.
Endor Labs is looking for a highly technical Technical Implementation Engineer to guide customers through the successful implementation of its platform. You will become the primary technical contact from the moment a customer signs, leading the integration of Endor Labs into their development environment from beginning to end.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer implementations of the Endor Labs platform, from technical discovery and planning through deployment and early adoption.
- Serve as the primary technical contact during implementation, understanding each customer’s architecture, development workflows, and requirements.
- Integrate and configure Endor Labs across source-code repositories, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and developer environments, including Maven- and Gradle-based systems.
- Troubleshoot complex software, infrastructure, and configuration issues, developing custom solutions when standard integrations do not meet customer needs.
- Communicate technical concepts and implementation progress clearly through calls, email, and other collaboration channels.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to resolve challenges and turn customer feedback into product improvements.
- Manage multiple implementation projects while helping customers adopt secure development practices with minimal disruption to their teams.
Requirements
- Six or more years of professional experience in software engineering, DevOps, application security, product support, technical implementation, or a related field.
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, cloud technologies, APIs, source-code repositories, or deployment workflows.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across complex software and infrastructure environments.
- Ability to understand unfamiliar technical environments and develop effective solutions for them.
- Excellent customer-facing communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- A proactive, responsive, and customer-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Experience managing project-based technical work from discovery through delivery.
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Based in Panama and able to work remotely with a manager and colleagues located in the United States.
Experience with Maven, Gradle, open-source dependency management, DevSecOps, software supply-chain security, application security, or developer security tools is advantageous but not mandatory.
Benefits
- Full-time, long-term opportunity directly supporting Endor Labs.
- Competitive annual base salary of USD $70,000–$80,000.
- Fully remote work from Panama.
- Flexible paid-time-off policy, coordinated with your manager.
- Wi-Fi stipend and cell-phone stipend.
- Office-equipment reimbursement to create a comfortable workspace.
- USD $1,000 annual stipend for professional learning, growth, and development.
- Company events, offsites, celebrations, and recognition of team achievements.
- A transparent and people-centered culture that values diverse perspectives, ownership, continuous learning, and customer success.
