Be part of a team that’s shaping the future of digital innovation. What You Will Be Doing Design and develop Agentic AI solutions that solve complex business problems and deliver measurable value. Build, deploy, and maintain production-ready AI applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs). Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and knowledge retrieval pipelines. Build and orchestrate multi-agent systems using modern Agentic AI frameworks. Integrate AI services and agents with enterprise platforms, internal tools, and third-party applications. Develop backend services and APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or similar technologies. Work with SQL and vector databases to support AI-driven applications and retrieval workflows. Implement memory management, tool calling, and human-in-the-loop workflows for AI agents. Ensure scalability, security, reliability, and maintainability of AI solutions in production environments. You Are a Good Match If You Have 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with strong experience designing and delivering AI-powered applications. Proven experience building solutions with Large Language Models (LLMs) in production environments. Hands-on experience designing and implementing Agentic AI applications using frameworks such as: LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI Agents SDK (or equivalent) Strong experience designing and implementing RAG architectures and knowledge retrieval systems. Experience working with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, Milvus, pgvector, or similar technologies. Experience with relational SQL databases. Experience developing and consuming REST APIs. Strong backend development experience using FastAPI (preferred), Flask, or similar Python frameworks. Experience integrating AI services and external APIs into enterprise applications. Experience deploying cloud-native solutions in AWS (preferred), Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Nice to Have Experience working with foundation models such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar providers. Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol). Experience integrating AI agents with enterprise platforms and business systems. Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI practices, security, and compliance considerations. Familiarity with AI observability, monitoring, and evaluation frameworks. Understanding of prompt engineering, model evaluation, and agent performance tuning. Why Join intive?
