The Senior HRIS Analyst – Workday is a key member of the Global HR Systems team, responsible for the configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of the organization’s Workday platform. This role partners closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, system efficiency, and scalable HR processes across the employee lifecycle.

What you'll do

  • Lead configuration and maintenance across Workday modules (Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Performance Management)
  • Manage business process frameworks, security roles, and system integrations
  • Ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance of HR data across systems through audits and controls
  • Design, build, and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and system usability

What they require

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of HRIS experience, with strong hands-on Workday expertise
  • Experience with Workday configuration, reporting, and integrations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a global environment
  • Preferred: Experience supporting global HR systems environments
  • Preferred: Knowledge of Workday modules such as Advanced Reporting, People Analytics, or Integrations
  • Preferred: Experience with HR compliance, data governance, and privacy requirements
