The Role As a Senior Health Data Analyst, you will focus on analyzing health data within the Veeva Compass product suite. Veeva Compass delivers record-level prescription and medical claims data to power longitudinal, de-identified patient analytics for commercial use cases—including patient journey, market landscape, and provider engagement.
You will be responsible for driving data quality, consistency, and standardization within the Terminology Reference Library (TRL) by managing reference data for key attributes found across prescription and medical claims—including drug information, ICD-10 diagnosis codes, procedure and lab codes, as well as payer and plan data. In this role, you will query prescription and medical claims datasets to support the evaluation and integration of new inbound data sources into core schemas. Additionally, you will define and track key quality metrics via interactive dashboards, contributing to technical documentation and validation reports to ensure our reference data remains accurate, scalable, and seamlessly integrated across all Veeva products.
What you'll do
