We’re seeking a senior-level contract graphic designer to support us during our Q4 season. This role will work alongside senior staff to create important growth-focused creative, with an emphasis on paid social design. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is organized, agile, detail-oriented, and a clear communicator, with a strong background in performance creative and a portfolio that demonstrates those skills. A portfolio of work is required for consideration for this role. Responsibilities: Working with senior staff, including Senior Graphic Designers and Copywriters, to autonomously execute paid social creative. Flexing into email design as needed. Collaborating with channel partners to test and iterate on ideas quickly, leveraging data and insights to inform creative decision-making. Requirements Bachelor’s degree and 5-7+ years of experience Experience in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma Background in designing for paid social creative (email is a plus), with a portfolio to demonstrate those skills Strong organizational and communication skills Highly collaborative, a self-starter, and low ego Nice to Have: Experience designing for a brand that serves our demographic: parents of younger children Experience working on paid social in a high-growth company or agency environment Experience with email design to support CRM channels Experience with Klaviyo or similar CRM platforms Benefits Hours: 20 hours with up to 40 hours through the end of Q4. Pay: $50-$80/hr
