About the project

You'll join a large-scale customer engagement and digital transformation initiative for a leading organization in the employee benefits, insurance, and healthcare services industry. As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant specializing in Customer Insights Journeys (CIJ), Sales, and Customer Service, you will act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and project leadership, helping define, design, and implement customer engagement, marketing automation, lead management, and communication strategies across the Microsoft Customer Engagement ecosystem. You'll bring together business consulting, functional solution design, and hands-on configuration to modernize customer engagement processes and drive measurable business outcomes.

What you’ll do

Lead discovery workshops with business stakeholders to analyze current-state customer engagement, marketing operations, and service processes, then design future-state solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journeys.

Design end-to-end customer journeys and engagement strategies covering lead generation, onboarding, retention, cross-sell/upsell, and renewal initiatives across email, SMS, events, and digital channels.

Configure Customer Insights Journeys environments, including journeys, segments, triggers, forms, landing pages, subscription centers, lead scoring models, and dynamic personalization rules.

Develop customer segmentation frameworks, define engagement KPIs, and analyze campaign performance to recommend continuous improvement, supporting integration with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Power Platform, and Power BI.

Facilitate solution design reviews, present recommendations to project leadership, support SIT/UAT testing, and develop training materials to drive user adoption.

What makes you a great fit

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering

4+ years of hands-on experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys, with strong knowledge of Dataverse, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and enterprise marketing automation/customer lifecycle management best practices.

Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience facilitating workshops and supporting Agile/hybrid delivery methodologies.

Preferred certifications: MB-220 (Dynamics 365 Customer Insights), PL-200 (Power Platform Functional Consultant), MB-910 (Dynamics 365 Fundamentals), or Customer Data Platform Specialty. Experience in insurance, employee benefits, healthcare, or contact center environments is a plus.

Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons
