What you'll do
- Design and implement scalable, efficient, secure enterprise software architectures across the .NET stack
- Write, test, and debug complex code for high-load systems with strict latency and reliability requirements
- Deliver clean code to production timely, balancing business speed and technical excellence
- Identify and eliminate performance bottlenecks across CPU, memory, I/O and database layers
- Conduct thorough code reviews to enforce code quality, security, and best practices
- Develop and enforce testing protocols to guarantee software reliability
- Implement and monitor production observability frameworks — logging, metrics, monitoring, and distributed tracing
- Create and maintain concise, meaningful technical documentation for system designs and architecture
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers, fostering their technical growth
- Partner with Delivery Managers to manage software engineering projects, ensuring predictable, high-quality delivery
- Collaborate with product management, design, and operations teams to align technical execution with business goals
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into crisp project updates
What they require
- 5+ years in a similar senior engineering role with a track record of leadership, strong technical skills, and successful project delivery
- Hands-on, expert-level knowledge of C# on .NET Core / .NET 6+
- Strong willingness to learn and work with Golang and Node.js
- Experience designing and evolving high-load backend systems with strict latency requirements
- Experience working with REST APIs and web services
- Deep understanding of async/await, multithreading, thread safety, memory management, and performance optimization
- Ability to identify and eliminate performance bottlenecks across CPU, memory, I/O, and database
- Experience designing and operating microservice-based systems
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases
- Understanding of transactions, isolation levels, locking, concurrency, indexing, and performance tuning
- Experience working with containerized environments — Docker and Kubernetes
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated delivery
- Understanding of scalability, load balancing, auto-scaling, and disaster recovery
- Understanding of production observability — logging, metrics, monitoring, distributed tracing
- Intermediate+ English
