What you'll do

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs in Go that power web and mobile applications.
  • Improve system performance, monitoring, and developer experience across the stack.
  • Drive technical design, code quality, and architectural improvements through RFCs and reviews.
  • Develop scalable, high-performance frontend features following best practices for performance, accessibility, code quality, and maintainability.
  • Build and evolve high-traffic, user-facing pages serving millions of users.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver new features end-to-end.
  • Implement A/B tests and rollout strategies for new features.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across user-facing APIs and systems.
  • Review code, mentor teammates, and contribute to technical interviews.

What they require

  • Experience with Go, PostgreSQL, Redis, gRPC, and event-driven architectures.
  • Solid understanding of API design, data modeling, and distributed systems.
  • Significant experience designing and implementing full stack applications.
  • Experience building applications with JavaScript/TypeScript and knowledge of modern HTML and CSS.
  • You write clean, modular, and maintainable code and care about performance and reliability.
  • Excellent English skills.
  • Located in one of the European time zones.
