About the Role We’re hiring a founding engineer and technical lead for a portfolio of AI-assisted learning and enablement tools. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for architecture, development, infrastructure, and mentoring as the team grows. You’ll partner closely with subject-matter experts and instructional designers to ensure the platform is secure, scalable, and maintainable. Work model: based on this role’s business requirements, this is a remote position open to qualified applicants based in Romania .
