(Senior) FP&A Manager

We’re looking for a FP&A Manager to take full ownership of budgeting, forecasting and financial planning as we continue to scale. In a fast-moving environment, your work will directly influence decision-making and have a high-impact effect across the business.

You will drive accurate, forward-looking financial insights, own cross-functional planning cycles end-to-end and turn complex business questions into clear, actionable models and recommendations. Working closely with Finance, Product, Operations and senior leadership, you’ll support both day-to-day decision-making and strategic topics such as growth initiatives, pricing and headcount planning.

This role is 100% remote and open to candidates based in Germany, Spain, Portugal, or the U.K.

YOUR MISSION

• Act as a strategic finance partner to business leads, translating complex financial questions into clear insights, decision-ready models and actionable recommendations
• Lead the annual budget cycle, driving the end-to-end planning, alignment and consolidation of financial budgets across the organization
• Build and own ad hoc financial models to support key business decisions such as headcount planning, business cases, pricing and cost optimisation
• Own and continuously maintain rolling forecasts, incorporating actuals and evolving assumptions to ensure a reliable, forward-looking financial view
• Prepare monthly management reporting, including variance analysis and leadership commentary, leveraging AI tools to accelerate first drafts while ensuring high accuracy and quality
• Drive the continuous evolution of FP&A processes, dashboards and tooling with a strong focus on automation and reducing manual spreadsheet work
• Shape and scale a modern, high-impact FP&A function in close alignment with financial stakeholders

YOUR PROFILE

• Advanced financial modelling expertise, with Excel as a core skill; experience with FP&A tools such as Abacum (or similar) is a strong plus
• Proven ownership of end-to-end budgeting and forecasting cycles across functions, with full accountability for outcomes
• Clear communicator with the ability to translate financial complexity into structured insights for non-finance stakeholders, including senior leadership; comfortable in async, remote-first environments
• Strong business acumen with genuine curiosity for product, users and unit economics—able to go beyond reporting to challenge assumptions and influence decisions
• Highly proficient and critical AI user, actively integrating AI into daily workflows (modelling, analysis, communication), while understanding its limitations and rigorously validating outputs
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity, making clear decisions with imperfect data and transparently communicating assumptions and uncertainty
• Hands-on, high-ownership mindset with experience in fast-scaling environments
• Experience with SQL or basic data querying is a strong plus
