What you'll do

  • Refine and maintain Facet’s core company financial model, utilizing extensive financial modeling to translate complex operating models into a consolidated cash flow model.
  • Assist cross-functional teams with ad hoc financial analyses to evaluate ROI on key initiatives and directly inform overall business strategy.
  • Elevate financial reporting across the company by building KPI dashboards and creating monthly board presentations.
  • Use AI-enabled tools to accelerate ad hoc analysis, reporting, and decision support.
  • Translate large, complex data sets into easily digestible analyses to present directly to management and the Board of Directors.
  • Work with the FP&A Director to provide strategic thought leadership and analysis that identifies meaningful trends and growth opportunities across the business.

What they require

  • 3–5 years of proven analytical experience in an FP&A, valuation, investment banking, corporate finance, or strategic finance role.
  • Expert-level financial modeling skills—specifically building three-statement financial models, pivot tables, scenario analysis, and cash flow models.
  • BA/BS or Master's degree in finance, statistics, mathematics, economics, business, or a related discipline.
  • Preferred: Previous buy-side or sell-side transaction experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience presenting complex numbers in a consumable form, translating financial metrics into digestible graphic or narrative formats.
  • Comfort leveraging AI and automation with a keen interest in continuously improving how finance operates.
  • Detail-oriented with a proven ability to produce exceptional deliverables, work independently, and own projects end-to-end.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines, with the flexibility to work more than 40 hours per week and weekends as needed.
  • Team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and high motivation to learn about all aspects of a high-growth business.
