What you'll do

  • Own the core planning, forecasting, and performance tracking functions across the company
  • Own models and reporting systems that drive company decisions
  • Rethink and improve how FP&A work gets done using AI and modern tooling
  • Automate manual reporting to spend more time embedded with the business
  • Run analyses that shape where the company grows and invests
  • Partner with teams across the company to improve business economics
  • Build and own financial models and forecasting infrastructure for planning and decision-making at scale
  • Drive investment and growth decisions through analyses grounded in unit economics, cohort trends, and more
  • Automate manual reporting with AI and modern tooling
  • Turn recurring asks into self-serve dashboards and independently running systems
  • Partner cross-functionally on strategic planning and resource allocation
  • Turn complex data into clear narratives for leadership
  • Sharpen forecast accuracy
  • Drive margin and efficiency gains through better visibility into performance drivers
  • Partner cross-functionally to turn insights into real improvements in business economics
  • Partner with the core finance and operations team on forecasting, reporting, and business systems
  • Work with business stakeholders on headcount and resource planning
  • Ensure decisions are backed by accurate, timely data
  • Work with executive leadership on strategic initiatives where analysis directly informs decisions

What they require

  • 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or similar roles
  • Preferred: experience in a high-growth startup
  • AI-forward, with a track record of using AI to automate workflows, accelerate analysis, or build tools
  • Strong modeling skills that improve forecast accuracy, streamline reporting, and support dynamic scenario planning
  • Proficient in tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, QuickBooks or similar ERP, and AI tooling like Claude Code
  • Skilled at partnering cross-functionally across the business to translate plans into action
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities
  • Clear written and verbal communicator who can translate financial data into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders
  • Excited to build scalable processes, enable self-serve reporting, and support strategic decision-making across the company
  • Must be based anywhere in the United States
