By ensuring financial discipline, IFRS-compliant reporting, effective risk management, and meaningful analysis for leaders across the business, this role helps drive informed decisions that support Quorum's strategic objectives and long-term success. Requirements Working Capital & Treasury Management • Oversee cash management, liquidity planning, and short- and long-term cash flow forecasting • Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and treasury operations • Optimize working capital across accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other balance sheet items • Ensure effective controls and visibility over cash and funding positions Tax Management • Lead corporate tax compliance and planning activities • Oversee SR&ED claims and related documentation and filings • Identify and implement tax planning opportunities in compliance with applicable regulations • Coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors Financial Planning & Analysis • Lead the annual budgeting process, periodic forecasting, and long-range financial planning • Provide timely, accurate financial analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making • Partner with business leaders to assess performance, investments, and key initiatives • Monitor financial risks and variances, providing clear recommendations to management Strategic Projects & Integration • Lead and support ad hoc strategic projects, including M&A activities and acquisition integration • Partner cross-functionally on due diligence, financial analysis, process alignment, and integration planning Financial Reporting • Ensure the timely preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements • Deliver management reporting and consolidation reporting, and support the portfolio roll-up reporting cycle • Maintain strong internal controls and accounting policies, ensuring compliance with IFRS and other applicable standards • Manage the external audit process and related deliverables • Continuously improve reporting processes, systems, and data quality Leadership & Team Management • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team • Establish clear objectives, performance expectations, and accountability • Build scalable financial processes to support business growth • Promote a culture of professionalism, accuracy, and continuous improvement Benefits Competitive salary Company Match Plan Group Benefits Flexible work environment
