What you'll do

  • Partner with GTM leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to provide financial insights, decision support, and strategic recommendations
  • Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes for GTM investments, including operating expenses, headcount, and growth initiatives
  • Build, maintain, and enhance driver-based financial models that support forecasting, investment planning, and business performance analysis
  • Monitor and analyze key GTM performance metrics, identifying risks, opportunities, and trends to help leaders make informed decisions
  • Lead month-end close activities, including accruals, variance analysis, reporting, and business reviews
  • Perform scenario modeling and ad hoc analyses to evaluate business initiatives, resource allocation decisions, and growth strategies
  • Develop executive-ready dashboards, presentations, and reporting packages for monthly and quarterly business reviews
  • Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and reporting enhancements that increase efficiency and scalability across FP&A

What they require

  • 5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience, preferably within a SaaS, technology, or high-growth environment
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
  • Experience supporting commercial, go-to-market, sales, marketing, or other customer-facing organizations
  • Strong understanding of business performance metrics such as pipeline, bookings, revenue, ROI, customer acquisition costs, productivity, conversion rates, or related GTM measures
  • Experience with business intelligence, planning, and reporting tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions through data-driven analysis
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
