Responsibilities
Act as the overall technical lead for the architecture audit Establish architecture assessment principles, scope, and evaluation approach Coordinate findings across architecture, infrastructure, security, data, and integration streams Assess service boundaries, domain-driven design, bounded contexts, and architectural dependencies Identify systemic architectural issues rather than isolated technical defects Review and resolve conflicting technical findings across different streams Lead architecture recommendations and prioritization Ensure consistency and quality of the final audit conclusions Support client-facing architecture workshops and technical discussions Contribute to the final target-state architecture roadmap
Requirements
10+ years of experience in software architecture, solution architecture, or enterprise architecture Strong background in distributed systems and microservices architecture Experience with large enterprise platforms and complex technical landscapes Strong understanding of DDD, bounded contexts, service boundaries, and architectural dependencies Experience with large-scale integration platforms Experience with modernization or transformation programs Experience with architecture governance and assessment frameworks Ability to analyze dependencies across multiple technical domains, including application, integration, infrastructure, security, and data Ability to consolidate findings from multiple architects into a coherent target-state assessment Ability to challenge technical decisions and identify systemic architectural risks Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills Experience producing architecture assessments, recommendations, and roadmaps Banking / FinTech domain experience Experience with environments containing 500+ microservices Knowledge of TOGAF or an equivalent architecture framework
