Today, design teams at companies including Nike, General Motors, Riot Games, and Hasbro use Vizcom to explore ideas, communicate intent, and accelerate the path from concept to production.

We've raised $51M and are scaling quickly. As we expand our international business, we're looking for a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to establish and grow Vizcom's direct sales presence across APAC.

THE ROLE

As our first dedicated enterprise sales hire in APAC, you'll own Vizcom's enterprise business in the region, initially focusing on Japan while helping us grow strategic accounts and opportunities across APAC.

You'll inherit existing enterprise relationships and active opportunities while building new pipeline across automotive, consumer electronics, industrial design, and other product design-driven industries.

This is both an enterprise selling role and a market-building role. You'll run complex sales cycles, deepen relationships with existing customers, identify new enterprise opportunities, and help us determine the right go-to-market approach across the region.

You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and leadership in the U.S. while becoming one of our primary voices for the APAC market internally.

For the right person, this role has significant opportunity to grow in scope as our APAC business expands.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own and grow Vizcom's enterprise business across APAC, with an initial focus on Japan and strategic opportunities throughout the region
• Manage and expand existing enterprise relationships, driving adoption, retention, expansion, and long-term partnership
• Build a pipeline of new enterprise opportunities across automotive, consumer electronics, industrial design, manufacturing, footwear, apparel, and other product design-driven industries
• Run complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting and discovery through demos, proposals, procurement, negotiation, and close
• Navigate multiple stakeholders across design, innovation, engineering, procurement, IT, security, and executive leadership
• Develop relationships with channel partners, VARs, resellers, and other strategic partners where they can accelerate Vizcom's growth
• Partner with Marketing on localized demand generation, events, customer stories, and brand awareness across the region
• Work closely with Customer Success and Product to identify expansion opportunities and ensure our largest customers are successful
• Bring market intelligence back to Vizcom, including competitive dynamics, pricing expectations, localization needs, customer feedback, and emerging opportunities
• Represent Vizcom at relevant industry events, customer meetings, and design conferences across APAC
• Help shape our longer-term APAC go-to-market strategy as the business grows

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• 5+ years of B2B software sales experience, including significant experience selling to large enterprise customers
• A strong track record of meeting or exceeding enterprise sales targets
• Experience selling enterprise software in Japan and a strong understanding of Japanese enterprise buying processes
• Native or professional fluency in Japanese and strong professional English proficiency
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with large organizations
• Ability to build trusted relationships with both practitioners and executive buyers
• Strong prospecting and pipeline-generation skills; you're comfortable creating opportunities rather than relying solely on inbound demand
• Experience working across cultures and collaborating with global teams
• Ability to operate independently and make good decisions without significant local infrastructure
• Based in Japan, with the ability to travel throughout APAC as needed

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience selling creative, design, engineering, or technical software such as Autodesk, Adobe, Dassault Systèmes, KeyShot, SolidWorks, Figma, Unity, PTC, or similar
• Existing relationships within automotive, industrial design, consumer electronics, manufacturing, footwear, apparel, or other product design organizations
• Experience selling into markets outside of Japan, including Korea and other APAC markets
• Korean or another APAC language in addition to Japanese and English
• Experience working with channel partners, VARs, or distributors in APAC
• Experience joining a U.S.-based software company as an early sales hire in a new international market
• Familiarity with industrial or product design workflows, including sketching, visualization, rendering, and CAD
• Experience helping establish or scale a new geographic market

This role will include a competitive base salary plus performance-based variable compensation and equity.

The final compensation package will be determined based on experience, location, market benchmarks, and other business considerations. Compensation and benefits for employees outside the United States are structured in accordance with local employment requirements and available programs.

As part of Vizcom's SOC 2 Type II compliance program, employees are required to complete a background check where permitted by local law.
