What you'll do

  • Manage project schedules, resource loading, execution risks and commercial performance for a consulting practice.
  • Act as operational interface for North American customers, lead project kickoffs and execution reviews, and manage customer expectations.
  • Develop technical and commercial proposals: define scope, schedules, staffing plans, and cost estimates with Sales and Com Ops.
  • Execute consulting projects as an individual contributor including power system studies, generator testing, dynamic model validation and grid code compliance assessments.
  • Provide technical contributions and mentor junior engineers while improving execution processes and business efficiency.

What they require

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in power systems, power generation, or utility consulting and demonstrated experience managing complex technical projects.
  • Strong customer-facing communication skills and experience developing technical proposals and project estimates.
  • Working knowledge of power system analysis and turbine/generator/power plant operations and performance.
  • Ability and willingness to travel 40% domestically and internationally; legal authorization to work in the United States required.
