As our Senior Documentation Expert , you'll establish the documentation standards, governance, and processes that ensure critical ERP and Enterprise Systems knowledge is captured, maintained, and easily accessible - creating a lasting impact across our technology landscape. Working closely with Business Owners, Team Leads, ERP Consultants, Architects, Project & Delivery Managers, Delivery teams, QA teams, you'll become the driving force behind a documentation culture where knowledge is treated as a strategic asset rather than an afterthought.
About you: You bring 7+ years of experience in technical documentation, knowledge management or process documentation within complex ERP or Enterprise Systems environments (e.g. D365 F&O, SAP or similar). You have a strong understanding of technical documentation, documentation governance, Confluence, Jira , and ideally business process modelling (BPMN or comparable methodologies). You enjoy bringing structure to complexity and are passionate about ensuring valuable knowledge remains accessible long after projects have been delivered. You value collaboration, enjoy working with specialists across different disciplines, and don't mind challenging existing ways of working to build sustainable documentation practices.

What you'll do
- Establish documentation standards, governance, and processes for ERP and Enterprise Systems knowledge.
- Ensure critical ERP and Enterprise Systems knowledge is captured, maintained, and easily accessible.
- Work closely with Business Owners, Team Leads, ERP Consultants, Architects, Project & Delivery Managers, Delivery teams and QA teams.
- Drive a documentation culture treating knowledge as a strategic asset.
What they require
- 7+ years of experience in technical documentation, knowledge management or process documentation within complex ERP or Enterprise Systems environments (e.g. D365 F&O, SAP or similar).
