About The Role: CALSTART is seeking a Senior Director of Trucks & Off-Road (T&OR) to lead strategy and market acceleration for zero-emission medium- and heavy-duty trucks and commercial off-road equipment. This leader will drive initiative strategy, shape policy, build and manage implementation programs, and grow partnerships with manufacturers, fleets, and government agencies to accelerate adoption across Class 5-8 sectors. The Senior Director will oversee a portfolio of programs, incentive projects, and research initiatives, while managing and growing a high-performing team. This role coordinates closely with Policy, Business Development, Regional Offices, Technology, and Member Services to ensure alignment and measurable progress toward CALSTART's net-zero mission, and reports to executive leadership.
What you'll do
