What you'll do

  • Lead the delivery of complex product development programs that drive growth and operational excellence for the APEX portfolio in partnership with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Own the APEX Strategic Initiative function: identify, prioritize, and accelerate goal-oriented product development projects with measurable impact.
  • Champion AI-native ways of working across the APEX Strategic Programs team — evaluate, adopt, and scale AI tools to increase throughput and surface insights.
  • Design programs to deliver specific strategic outcomes with metrics, milestones, and structure for successful execution.
  • Develop trusted relationships with key customers, technology and functional leaders to drive focus on strategic objectives and optimize delivery.
  • Establish governance frameworks and communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Communicate objectives, status, risks, and results; collaborate with workstreams to resolve blockers.
  • Ensure program alignment with broader business objectives and assess/mitigate risks to meet program goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Finance, Marketing) to identify opportunities and accelerate execution.
  • Lead consensus-building across teams and ensure surgical execution and handoffs to relevant stakeholders.

What they require

  • 15+ years of work experience, preferably in Technical Program Management driving software product development efforts.
  • Expertise in the enterprise software / SaaS industry.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or other Graduate degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience operating as an AI-native leader and using AI tools to accelerate program delivery and communications.
  • Proven ability to conceptualize, develop, drive, coordinate and manage large programs and delivery teams.
  • Experience building relationships and influencing senior executives across geographies and functions.
  • High energy, disciplined execution skills, ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Effective communicator (verbally and in writing) able to convey complex ideas to executive and working-level audiences.
  • Experience establishing governance frameworks and holding resources accountable to program cadences and milestones.
  • Ability to identify, assess, prioritize and mitigate program risks.
