What you'll do

  • Own the end-to-end revenue funnel from first marketing touch through closed-won, renewal, and expansion.
  • Build and run the revenue operating system covering data, process, cadence, and weekly executive review.
  • Work backwards from revenue targets to determine required pipeline, sources, and conversion rates.
  • Lead a small team including a RevOps analyst and a marketing operations partner.
  • Work directly with the CEO and GTM leadership.
  • Build and maintain the reverse-funnel revenue model translating revenue targets into required pipeline by stage and channel.
  • Recalibrate the revenue model quarterly against company conversion data.
  • Deliver one executive dashboard covering pipeline source, progression, and impact.
  • Enable leaders to assess pipeline health, forecast, and top risks quickly.
  • Track opportunity creation across marketing campaigns, events, partnerships, outbound, and inbound.
  • Maintain clean attribution from marketing automation into CRM.
  • Define lead follow-up SLAs, ownership and routing rules, ageing thresholds, and escalation paths.
  • Ensure every lead and opportunity receives proper attention and ownership.
  • Ensure every campaign launches with a pipeline target, named follow-up owner, approved sequences, and routing in place.
  • Close every campaign with a retrospective deciding whether to repeat, fix, or remove it.
  • Express marketing targets in qualified pipeline dollars alongside lead volume.
  • Arbitrate funnel definitions across sales and marketing.
  • Recommend budget reallocation based on measured pipeline per program dollar.
  • Run renewals and expansion with the same rigor as new business.
  • Track renewal dates, owners, and account health like close dates.
  • Stage and forecast expansion opportunities like new deals.
  • Surface churn-risk signals weekly with save plans.
  • Produce a weekly leak report quantifying the dollar impact of funnel gaps.
  • Propose fixes for funnel gaps, name owners and dates, and track them to closure.
  • Deliver a weekly forecast with commit and best-case ranges and week-over-week movement.
  • Provide early visibility ahead of quarter-end.
  • Snapshot pipeline weekly so forecast accuracy is measurable.
  • Own the deck, agenda, and follow-ups for a 45-minute weekly executive Revenue Council meeting.
  • Ensure every issue from the Revenue Council leaves with an owner and date.
  • Own the RevOps tech stack including CRM, marketing automation, and sales engagement configuration.
  • Maintain data integrity, integration health, and adoption across the RevOps tech stack.
  • Recommend and implement improvements, including AI-enabled tooling where it removes real work.
  • Partner with Finance on bookings targets, quota and capacity planning, and commission modeling.
  • Lead and develop the RevOps analyst and marketing operations partner.
  • Set clear ownership for every dashboard, report, and alert.

What they require

  • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations.
  • At least 4 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience supporting a B2B SaaS or subscription-based revenue model, including renewals and expansion alongside new logo acquisition.
  • Track record of building a full-funnel operating cadence from scratch rather than only inheriting or maintaining systems.
  • Deep hands-on expertise with CRM and marketing automation.
  • Comfortable building reports and configuring rules personally, in addition to directing others.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to tell a clear story through data.
  • Judgment to know which three numbers matter in a given week.
  • Comfort operating at an early stage with a small team, imperfect data, high ownership, and hands-on execution before scale exists to delegate.
  • Credibility and directness with executives and sellers.
  • Ability to bring process discipline as a trusted partner who earns buy-in.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Preferred: Experience building and scaling RevOps teams.
  • Preferred: MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field.
  • Enjoys tracking developments in AI and GTM tooling and applying them to remove manual effort and simplify the stack.
