Requires 10–15+ years in HVAC, data center cooling and/or commissioning/startup operations and experience with P&L ownership and field commissioning leadership. Role is full-time, remote with hiring limited to North Carolina / United States.

What you'll do

  • Lead all commissioning operations across hyperscale and colocation customer sites
  • Own IST (Integrated Systems Testing) and TAB (Testing, Adjusting & Balancing) readiness for Nortek equipment
  • Own the commissioning P&L, including revenue, cost, and margin performance
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality commissioning execution across all customer sites
  • Build and lead a scalable commissioning organization

What they require

  • 10–15+ years in HVAC, data center cooling, and/or commissioning/startup operations
  • Experience leading field commissioning or startup organizations
  • P&L ownership or strong commercial/financial management experience
  • Strong customer-facing experience in complex site environments
  • Preferred: Familiarity with IST/TAB processes and hyperscale and colocation data center delivery
