What you'll do

  • Lead the Marketing team and drive the strategy and systems that fuel Two Chairs growth.
  • Oversee Brand and Product Marketing, Commercial Operations, and Integrated Marketing across all of Two Chairs target audiences, with a heavy emphasis on health plan partners.
  • Partner closely with Growth, Product, Clinical, Operations and Leadership to distill and communicate the company's value proposition.
  • Highlight the benefits of the differentiated clinical model and technology platform.
  • Strengthen payer relationships.
  • Accelerate patient demand.
  • Position Two Chairs as the behavioral health provider delivering on superior clinical outcomes.
  • Set the long-term vision for Marketing while ensuring the team delivers measurable business impact.
  • Develop and execute the company's marketing strategy and organizational structure in support of enterprise growth objectives.
  • Lead and coach a multidisciplinary marketing organization spanning Brand and Product Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Commercial Operations and Lifecycle, including both full-time team members and contractors.
  • Build organizational capabilities, operating rhythms and processes that enable Marketing to scale alongside the business.
  • Manage marketing budget and prioritization.
  • Partner with Growth leadership to design and execute marketing strategies that accelerate adoption, expansion, and deep integration within major health plans.
  • Translate complex clinical data, patient outcomes, and value-based care metrics into compelling, insights-driven narratives that resonate with health plan executives and key decision makers.
  • Equip the commercial team with enablement materials, competitive insights, ROI calculators, and clinical proof points to shorten payer sales cycles and accelerate adoption and expansion.
  • Identify new growth opportunities through market insights, competitive intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Own company positioning, messaging architecture, and brand strategy.
  • Ensure consistent, differentiated storytelling that bridges the gap between clinical excellence and commercial value.
  • Transform complex, raw clinical research and outcomes into evidence-based value propositions.
  • Protect and strengthen Two Chairs' position as the leader in outcomes-based behavioral healthcare.
  • Lead product positioning, messaging, launches, and commercialization strategies.
  • Partner closely with Product and Clinical teams to bring new capabilities to market.
  • Partner with Research and Clinical leaders to amplify evidence supporting the Two Chairs model.
  • Oversee a culture of data-informed decision-making.
  • Leverage market research, healthcare trends, and internal clinical data to unearth proprietary insights that drive marketing strategy.
  • Oversee commercial technology, reporting, attribution, CRM strategy, and operational excellence.
  • Build measurement systems that provide visibility into marketing performance across the funnel.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, continuous optimization, and data-informed decision-making.
  • Build trusted partnerships across Growth, Product, Clinical, and Operations in the first 90 days.
  • Deeply understand the Two Chairs clinical model, data capabilities, and current value proposition for health plans in the first 90 days.
  • Assess the current marketing organization, operating model, and investment priorities in the first 90 days.
  • Establish clear success metrics and operating rhythms for the marketing team in the first 90 days.
  • Identify the highest-leverage opportunities to accelerate payer, patient, and clinician growth in the first 90 days.
  • Establish a robust, insights-driven content and marketing engine that leverages clinical outcomes to drive market thought leadership in the first year.
  • Increase Marketing's measurable contribution to enterprise growth in the first year.
  • Strengthen the company's market position and differentiated narrative in the first year.
  • Improve commercial enablement and payer engagement in the first year.
  • Establish scalable systems for marketing measurement, prioritization, and execution in the first year.
  • Develop future marketing capabilities in patient acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and growth in the first year.
  • Successfully reposition or sharpen the B2B narrative, resulting in measurable increases in payer engagement and commercial enablement velocity in the first year.

What they require

  • 7+ years of marketing leadership experience within the healthcare space, with a proven track record in B2B2C or B2B healthcare marketing, specifically targeting health plans/payers.
  • Preferred: Behavioral health experience.
  • Deep understanding of value-based care models, healthcare reimbursement, and the behavioral health landscape.
  • A highly analytical and insights-driven mindset; comfortable diving into complex clinical and operational data to extract compelling commercial narratives.
  • Demonstrated success translating complex, technical, or clinical concepts into clear, high-impact marketing collateral and presentations.
  • Extensive experience developing integrated marketing strategies that drive measurable business growth across diverse audiences and channels, with deep expertise spanning Product Marketing, Brand, Lifecycle, and Marketing Operations.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with executive leadership on growth strategy.
  • Experience building, scaling and leading high-performing marketing organizations through periods of rapid growth and change.
  • Excellent executive communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • A collaborative leadership style and passion for developing teams.
