No BS summary

Senior operator to lead critical cross-functional initiatives in a remote U.S. role, with executive/leader-level ownership responsibility over new and underbuilt business capabilities. Must bring high-judgment operating experience (including 10+ years in fields like investing, consulting, business operations, strategy, or startup leadership), build systems, and work with senior leadership (including CEO/Chairman). Must be comfortable with temporary, high-stakes, ambiguous transformation work with no tolerance for process-only administration.

What you'll do

  • Own critical ownership gaps by acting as interim business-side leader where ownership is missing, fragmented, or emerging.
  • Create and stand up operating models, decision cadence, working models, and accountability mechanisms for durable execution.
  • Identify, architect, and deploy AI-powered tools and approaches to improve execution in healthcare operations.
  • Own measurable business outcomes and deliver concrete results in key initiatives.
  • Stabilize and scale underbuilt areas by bringing order, momentum, and clarity and reshaping workflows when needed.
  • Navigate ambiguity by defining paths, consolidating ownership, unblocking stuck initiatives, and enabling transitions to durable long-term structures.
  • Build understanding of the business model and leadership dynamics in the first 90 days, then clarify scope, decisions, and priorities for a critical initiative.
  • Create visible traction in 6 months by stabilizing execution, improving decision quality, and operationalizing a core model for delivery.
  • Deliver meaningful business outcomes over the first year and leave behind a stronger initiative, function, or system.

What they require

  • You have built your career in high-judgment environments (for example 10+ years in investing, consulting, business operations, strategy, startup leadership, or similar operator tracks).
  • You have the pattern recognition to diagnose messy business problems quickly and move from strategy to operating detail.
  • You are not looking to run an IT transformation office, manage a PMO, or act as a process administrator.
  • You are a builder who creates structure and designs operating systems that hold up in real-world execution.
  • You are a systems thinker with understanding of incentives, decisions, interfaces, and organizational design.
  • You have experience taking on ambiguous, high-stakes work with incomplete information and still driving outcomes.
  • You are credible with senior executives and can work effectively with leaders across the company, including the CEO, Chairman, and OpCo.
  • You are comfortable with intense, temporary, high-leverage roles focused on building, stabilizing, and transitioning ownership.
  • You prefer solving consequential business problems over operating in a narrow functional lane.
