What you'll do

  • Lead and scale the Credit Risk & Analytics function.
  • Build credit risk analytics capability for portfolio optimisation, loss forecasting, and provision adequacy.
  • Lead development of underwriting and pricing models from AI/ML evaluation to production deployment and optimization.
  • Identify and integrate non-traditional data sources to improve predictive accuracy and credit access.
  • Architect real-time monitoring frameworks and automated alerting systems for portfolio health, KRIs, concentration exposure, and collections performance.
  • Ensure proactive risk identification for new products, markets, and customer segments.
  • Design and execute A/B testing frameworks for underwriting/scoring criteria, pricing, and customer segments.
  • Develop and implement credit risk governance processes, including Credit Committees, reporting, and escalation protocols.
  • Ensure models and analytics pipelines are auditable, scalable, deployment-ready, and aligned with best practices.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Operations, Compliance, and Engineering on underwriting strategy.
  • Use predictive analytics to improve collections strategy.
  • Enable risk awareness and analytics literacy across teams through workshops, training, and documentation.

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as CFA, FRM, or PRM are a strong advantage.
