What you'll do

  • Define the portfolio vision and establish the commercialization strategy for Daroxonrasib and the RevMed pipeline in Canada
  • Own the Canada operational plans by building a competitive, cross-functional launch plan
  • Collaborate with global commercial development, global value, access and pricing teams
  • Interact with cross-functional teams including R&D, regulatory, clinical, medical affairs, market access, customer engagement, patient advocacy, corporate affairs
  • Lead the preparation of the Canada commercial strategy by facilitating initial commercial assessments
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitive landscape assessments, and identify key trends
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with KOLs across all key tumors including pancreatic and lung cancer
  • Represent the company at conferences, industry events, and regulatory meetings

What they require

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in marketing, market access, market development, product planning, or commercial strategy within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry
  • Deep understanding of the biotech and biopharma landscape, particularly in oncology/hematology
  • Strong track record of leadership, team building and talent attraction
  • Experience in successfully launching and commercializing products in Canada
  • Strong skills in people management and creating high performing teams from the ground up
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed
