What you'll do

  • Deliver high-quality actionable advice to an executive client audience through a variety of formats
  • Write evidence-based content that is clear and actionable
  • Create and deliver presentations for webinars and other client-facing Gartner events
  • Deliver outstanding sales and service support to retain and grow the Gartner business
  • Build credibility as an industry expert to represent Gartner research, methodology and strategy
  • Actively participate in innovation, ideation, and research discussions and collaborate effectively with peers
  • Be a mentor and a coach by supporting more junior team members

What they require

  • 12+ years of relevant B2B and/or B2C marketing data experience
  • Hands-on experience as a data operations professional for a B2B and/or B2C company
  • Experience architecting and deploying context layers and AI agents at scale within marketing environments
  • Deep knowledge of permissions management, data security, and regulatory compliance in the context of AI-driven marketing operations
  • Track record of building and scaling data operations that support advanced AI use cases
  • Establishing and enforcing robust lineage tracking, compliance frameworks, and permission/policy controls
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred
  • Deep understanding of data management, data integration architectures, API standards, data pipeline development, and familiarity with emerging technologies in AI agents
  • An informed understanding of the challenges facing marketing leaders within the enterprise and drivers of business impact
  • Ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable business insights
  • Demonstrated executive presence
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills
  • Proficient in analyzing and synthesizing data
  • Strong communicator who is able to explain complex concepts concisely and simply
  • Subject matter expert comfortable presenting at large and small-scale speaking engagements
  • Ability to work independently, while also being intrinsically motivated to collaborate across teams
  • Ability to represent Gartner's research methodology and strategies effectively at all levels
