What you'll do

  • Architect, build and maintain end-to-end CI/CD automation pipelines for Python web applications and microservices.
  • Execute, manage and monitor web application releases into staging and production; define and govern release standards and quality gates.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management (Terraform, Ansible, Helm, kustomize).
  • Manage, configure and optimize application deployments on Red Hat OpenShift/Kubernetes clusters ensuring HA, scaling and resource optimization.
  • Implement monitoring, centralized logging and tracing and partner with Ops on incident response and root cause analysis.

What they require

  • 3+ years in a DevOps, Release Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) role.
  • Strong, hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes (deployments, configmaps, routes, persistent volumes).
  • Solid understanding of Python development paradigms, dependency management (Pip, Poetry) and web frameworks (FastAPI, Django, Flask).
  • Proven track record creating and maintaining robust automated CI/CD pipelines and governing complex web application releases.
  • Exceptional communication, governance and negotiation skills in English.
