Responsibilities
- Design and implement Azure delivery pipelines to enable safe, repeatable releases
- Build and deploy cloud resources using Infrastructure as Code
- Develop and maintain automation scripts for build and operational tasks
- Operate and monitor cloud services using Azure-native observability and security tooling
- Respond to incidents, analyze root causes, and apply learnings to improve system resilience
- Support client onboarding to the platform and provide ongoing technical guidance
- Implement and execute network platform operations to maintain secure connectivity
- Enforce security and cost controls across deployed services and new solutions
- Document platform capabilities, operational procedures, and product descriptions in team wikis
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary DevOps team to deliver and run shared services end to end
Requirements
- 3+ years of Azure DevOps experience for CI/CD and automated deployments
- 3+ years of Azure cloud engineering experience across IaaS and PaaS services
- Strong leadership skills to take ownership of development and operational work within a DevOps team
- Proven project delivery experience balancing reliability, speed, cost, and security constraints
- Strong Infrastructure as Code skills with ARM/Bicep and YAML, plus Terraform exposure
- Strong Azure networking knowledge including subnets, NSGs, routing, firewalls, DNS, and load balancing
- Strong site reliability engineering knowledge focused on automation, resilience, and systemic thinking
- Strong monitoring and operations skills with Azure-native tooling such as Azure Monitor and Log Analytics
- Strong documentation skills for operational runbooks and platform/product descriptions
- Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong collaboration skills with a team-player mindset and constructive feedback habits
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2)
