What you'll do
- Guide developers on balancing AI-assisted rapid prototyping with engineering practices around performance, code health, and reliability
- Create peer-to-peer technical content and share engineering insights in developer communities
- Translate developer community feedback into actionable product insights for internal teams
- Design and ship open-source boilerplate templates, quickstarts, and tools for observability integrations across AI-native workflows, next-gen platforms, and cloud providers
What they require
- Approximately 10+ years of software engineering experience
- Experience shipping applications from scratch or working in an early-stage startup environment
- Uses AI coding assistants and rapid-prototyping tools as part of regular day-to-day development workflow
- Comfortable writing and debugging code across multiple programming languages
- Experience with deployment paradigms across next-gen platforms and traditional cloud ecosystems
- Approximately 3+ years of experience in technical storytelling and community engagement
- Publicly available portfolio of peer-to-peer artifacts such as GitHub repositories, technical blogs, video walkthroughs, or public speaking presentations
- Passion for developer education, mentorship, and helping engineers improve
- Active community presence or leadership in developer spaces is a bonus
