Jeeves has grown fast, and our core product — cards, cross-border payments, and spend management — now serves thousands of businesses across three continents. That growth has outpaced the consistency and craft of our core user experience. We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer to change that: to raise the bar on quality, coherence, and usability across the flows our customers touch every day. You’ll own design for our core product surfaces end to end — from discovery and research through shipped, measured outcomes — working directly with product leadership, PMs, and engineers. You’ll be the voice of the customer in a payments platform with real complexity: multiple currencies, multiple countries, and finance teams who depend on us to get it right. Our Design team’s mission is to provide a voice of empathy and develop the most engaging user experiences within the Jeeves product, and this role is at the center of that mission. This is a hands-on senior IC role, not a management position. You’ll operate with high autonomy inside a globally distributed team — we’re looking for someone who moves work forward independently, not someone who needs a design manager to set direction. Jeeves is an AI-forward company, and we expect our designers to work that way too: using AI tools daily to explore more directions, prototype earlier, and synthesize research faster — and helping define what AI-assisted design looks like at Jeeves.
