What you'll do

  • Structure, negotiate, and approve complex non-standard enterprise deals for Central European sales teams
  • Enforce regional discount structures, commercial guardrails, and corporate policies
  • Partner with EMEA Legal, Finance, Revenue Recognition, Tax, and Product teams on European contracting requirements
  • Drive daily Deal Desk execution aligned with European working hours
  • Host Deal Desk office hours and escalate critical or high-value deals to EMEA leadership
  • Manage regional price lists, product SKUs, CPQ configurations, and quoting mechanisms in Salesforce
  • Co-own the European Deal Desk playbook, approval automation rules, and escalation matrix
  • Deliver enablement programs for regional sales teams on commercial terms and deal submission processes
  • Analyze regional deal metrics, sales cycles, discounting patterns, and customer behaviors

What they require

  • 5–7 years of progressive experience in Deal Desk, Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations within a fast-growing B2B enterprise SaaS company
  • Prior experience supporting enterprise sales teams covering Central Europe, specifically DACH, Benelux, or CEE regions
  • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce CRM and enterprise CPQ systems such as Salesforce CPQ or DealHub
  • High expertise with Excel or Google Sheets for financial modeling and deal analysis
  • Deep understanding of SaaS revenue recognition standards, complex European multi-year contracting practices, local tax and billing nuances, and enterprise pricing models
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills in English
  • Track record of building trust with regional Sales Leadership and managing cross-functional alignment across distributed European teams
  • Strong critical thinking ability to evaluate complex non-standard terms under pressure
  • Must possess full legal authorization to work in the United Kingdom without requiring sponsorship
