Caspar Health is expanding its Data Analytics team and is looking for a (Senior) Data / Product Analyst to act as the central bridge between business, product, and tech teams. The role involves turning ambiguous requests into well-defined data models, pioneering AI-supported workflows, and building the analytical foundation from the ground up.

What you'll do

  • Problem Framing & Alignment: Translating ambiguous business, product, or operational requests into clear metrics, decision-ready problems and actionable recommendations
  • Product Analytics Foundations: Designing reusable domain models, semantic logic, data sources, and KPI definitions from scratch
  • Decision-Ready Dashboards: Building focused, reliable data visualisations in Tableau to support business-critical processes and decisions
  • AI & Workflow Automation: Designing and piloting AI-supported workflows (using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or n8n) to streamline analysis, coding and QA processes
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Challenging assumptions constructively while acting as a project-managing bridge between product, sales, and operations teams
  • Data Quality & Governance: Resolving complex analytical data, source-system and business-logic issues at their root cause within a regulated health-tech setup

What they require

  • Professional Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst, Product Analyst, Analytics Engineer, or in a similar analytical role
  • SQL Expertise: Strong practical proficiency in SQL and familiarity with modern data stacks (Snowflake or dbt preferred)
  • Data Visualisation: Proven track record in designing clear, decision-ready dashboards and metric frameworks (Tableau preferred)
  • AI Tooling & Automation: Active experience or strong openness toward leveraging AI productivity tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) to optimize analytical workflows
  • Stakeholder Translation: Excellent communication skills to explain findings, limitations, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Structured Thinking & Ownership: Independent problem-solver comfortable navigating ambiguity, driving projects to completion, and upholding high data quality standards
