What you'll do

  • Work with clients to shape business and data strategy.
  • Perform analysis, data mining, predictive modeling, business forecasting, and applied statistics.
  • Present approaches and findings to Product Managers, Engineers, Marketing, Sales, and Finance, and collaborate to execute data-driven processes.
  • Manage a data ecosystem including ETL, data governance, reporting and insights.
  • Take projects from RFP/SOW/BRD to delivery: project management, requirements gathering, data architecture, workflow management, quality assurance, reporting and visualization, and presentation.
  • Mentor junior colleagues on process, analysis, deliverables, client communication, and management skills.

What they require

  • 5+ years of applied analytics in marketing, product, engineering, sales, or finance.
  • 5+ years of discovery and assessment of a client’s data portfolio, data tools, and data applications.
  • 3+ years of data management and consulting experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience in at least one or more languages for applied statistics, data analysis, and machine learning - Python, R, Matlab, SPSS.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure to use/deploy analytics solutions.
  • Skill in utilizing LLMs and AI coding tools.
  • Manage a data ecosystem including ETL, data governance, reporting and insights.
  • Ability to take a project from RFP/SOW/BRD to delivery: project management, requirements gathering, data architecture, workflow management, quality assurance, reporting and visualization, presentation.
  • Interest in mentoring junior colleagues on process, analysis, deliverables, client communication, and management skills.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. (DEPT® participates in E-Verify; Form I-9 will be used to confirm authorization).
