What you'll do

  • Provide expert advice for banks and credit unions to optimize and improve business operations using CRM automation.
  • Analyze client business processes to identify requirements and opportunities for CRM optimization.
  • Develop training materials and deliver workshops for users.
  • Provide post-go-live support to ensure smooth adoption.
  • Automate repetitive tasks and develop workflows to streamline operations and enhance customer engagement.
  • Develop robust CRM system architectures and detailed designs based on client requirements.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and maintain project documentation.
  • Ensure successful delivery of CRM initiatives on time and within scope.
  • Bridge strategic planning with hands-on implementation.
  • Build release plans.
  • Develop solutions.
  • Ensure quality assurance through testing plans.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
  • Contribute to the development of business applications and thought leadership content.
  • Mentor junior consultants and support the growth of the CRM practice.
  • Address complex project challenges and manage conflict in dynamic client situations.

What they require

  • Degree in Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of CRM consulting and implementation experience.
  • Understanding of technical aspects such as APIs, data models, objects, field mapping, and integrations, while not necessarily being hands-on with development.
  • Strong consulting and communication skills, including requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, presentations, and relationship building with external clients.
  • Experience working directly with external customers in a consulting environment.
  • Strong understanding of business process concepts and project lifecycles.
  • Valid CRM Certification.
  • Proven ability to lead strategic discussions and manage client relationships.
  • Ability to combine strategic thinking with practical execution.
  • Preferred: Extensive knowledge and experience in implementing CRM solutions in the Financial Services industry, i.e. banks and credit unions.
