What you'll do

  • IP: registration and protection of trademarks and naming; transfer of rights from contractors and employees, including work-for-hire and assignment; copyrights to code, design, and content; control over non-infringement of third-party rights.
  • Data Protection: Privacy Policy; compliance with local personal data protection laws; processing of user data and consents; requirements related to underage audiences.
  • Platforms: compliance with App Store and Google Play policies; subscriptions and IAP; possible appeals in case of blocks; payment providers and age ratings.
  • User Documents: ToS, EULA, refund policies, Community Guidelines, cookie policies.
  • Employment Law: hiring and termination of employees; agreements with contractors, including B2B and civil law contracts; stock options / ESOP; NDAs and non-compete agreements.
  • Counterparties: review and support of commercial agreements; NDAs; partnership agreements, B2B, API integrations, and service providers.
  • Licensing: SDKs, libraries, open-source; media, fonts, music; compliance with third-party terms.
  • AI: liability for AI features; data for model training; EU AI Act; disclosure of AI usage.
  • Investments and Deals: funding rounds, including SAFE and term sheets; due diligence; work with investors.
  • Risks: risk assessment of new features and products; liability insurance.
