What you'll do

  • Design and document structured content models and metadata frameworks that support scalable content creation, reuse, and maintainability.
  • Provide technical leadership to engineering partners on how structured content is consumed, rendered, and scaled across new UIs, including coaching and prototyping.
  • Lead efforts to integrate content consistently across print and digital workflows, improving how complex content is modeled, tagged, and delivered.
  • Contribute to long-term content architecture strategy for the Authentic Work Platform, applying systems thinking and collaborating across disciplines.

What they require

  • 4–6 years of experience designing structured content or data models and workflows for digital products.
  • Expertise in structured content systems such as XML/DITA, with experience in production-scale, user-facing environments.
  • Familiarity with enterprise content management systems (e.g., Drupal, XDocs), including authoring workflows and metadata structures.
  • Technical fluency with delivery APIs, scripting transformations, and analyzing markup or metadata to support modeling decisions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., technical communication, information science, computer science) or equivalent experience.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
