The Role As a Senior Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving Implementation Excellence for our life sciences customers. Focused on our Vault CRM Events Management application, you will deliver structured, compliant, and end-to-end event management solutions—ranging from speaker programs and advisory boards to roundtables and fee-for-service activities. In alignment with our Services Vision, you will be deeply skilled in leveraging the Vault Platform. You will use technology enablement, automation tools, and prescriptive, packaged solutions to make implementations faster, more precise, and highly efficient. Guided by our core values—Customer Success, Do the Right Thing, Employee Success, and Speed—you will ensure our products are implemented the right way, used the right way, and deliver increasing value over time.
What you'll do
- Drive Implementation Excellence for life sciences customers.
- Deliver structured, compliant, and end-to-end event management solutions ranging from speaker programs and advisory boards to roundtables and fee-for-service activities.
- Leverage the Vault Platform, technology enablement, automation tools, and prescriptive, packaged solutions to make implementations faster, more precise, and highly efficient.
- Ensure products are implemented the right way, used the right way, and deliver increasing value over time.
