Lovelytics is seeking a Senior GenAI Consultant with hands-on experience delivering client-facing projects in the Generative AI domain, particularly on the Databricks platform. As part of our growing AI & GenAI practice, this role offers an exciting opportunity to design and deploy state-of-the-art solutions that combine language models, vector databases, and cutting-edge orchestration frameworks. The Senior Consultant will play a pivotal role in delivering client engagements focused on AI Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LLM application development, prompt engineering / DSPy, GenAI-driven automation, and advanced NLP. Primary Responsibilities: Design, build, test, and deploy GenAI and Agentic AI solution components on Databricks under the guidance of senior technical leads. Independently own well-defined development tasks and solution components, from requirements through production implementation. Build hands-on expertise across LLM applications, agents, evaluation, prompt engineering, data integration, and production AI engineering. Develop high-quality, maintainable Python code and follow engineering standards for testing, security, observability, and deployment. Participate actively in client working sessions, demos, technical discussions, and troubleshooting. Contribute to reusable components, accelerators, technical documentation, and practice knowledge. Continuously build deeper Databricks, GenAI, and software engineering expertise Required Skills and Experience: Strong Python and software engineering fundamentals. Hands-on experience building applications using LLMs, prompt engineering, retrieval, tool calling, or AI agents. Working knowledge of Databricks and relevant capabilities such as Mosaic AI, MLflow, Model Serving, Unity Catalog, Vector Search, and Databricks Apps. Experience working with APIs, structured and unstructured data, Git, testing, and CI/CD concepts. Basic understanding of GenAI evaluation, monitoring, guardrails, and production deployment considerations. Working knowledge of cloud, data engineering, ML, or analytics concepts. Our Ideal Candidate's Skills and Experiences: B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent technical field. 2-3 years of technology experience in software engineering, data, ML, AI, or cloud. Hands-on experience delivering GenAI/LLM applications or comparable AI solutions. Experience contributing to production software or data/AI implementations. Consulting or professional services experience preferred, but not required. Databricks certifications or practical experience with the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform. Experience with Agentic AI frameworks, DSPy, prompt optimization, evaluation frameworks, or MCP. The base salary range for this position for candidates based in the US is $95,000-135,000 per year. Compensation is determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, scope of role and budget. Candidates are not guaranteed to be placed at any particular point within the range, and most offers will fall within the middle of the range or below.
