The Opportunity at Komodo Health The Analytics & Insights team at Komodo Health specializes in providing advanced analytics solutions to healthcare organizations, leveraging real-world data to drive insights and decision-making. This role exists on the Analytics & Insights team to ensure the delivery of high-quality analytics products and services to our clients. The Analytics and Insights Manager plays a crucial role in driving client satisfaction, business growth, and innovation within the company. Built strong, collaborative relationships with key client stakeholders, resulting in high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business. Developed the skills and capabilities of team members, fostering a high-performing and engaged team culture. Contributed to the growth of the company by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing client accounts. Demonstrated thought leadership in healthcare analytics, both internally and externally, through presentations, publications, and industry events. Deepened your domain expertise across multiple key areas of interest to our clients, including but not limited to areas such as market landscaping, patient journey, line-of-therapy based analytics, segmentation & targeting, and analytical support for commercial assessments, forecasting, and BD & Licensing. These are the essential job duties you will be responsible for … Manage the end-to-end delivery of analytics projects, from scoping and planning to execution and delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Science, Engineering, and Product Management, to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the project lifecycle. Monitor project progress and performance, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies as needed. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in healthcare analytics, incorporating new insights and technologies into our service offerings. What you bring to Komodo Health (required): Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics) or equivalent practical experience. 3-6 years of experience in healthcare analytics or related field, with a proven track record of delivering analytics solutions to clients. Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing client relationships. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences. Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R. Expectations of AI Use in this role (required): Judgement & Creativity: Applies AI strategically, knowing how to use the right tools at the right time to solve problems or generate new ideas. Uses AI to accelerate feedback loops, test ideas, and make informed decisions faster. Applies both judgment and creativity when working with AI and understands its limitations. Has developed or shared AI-enhanced workflows, automations, or prompts with others. Integration & Productivity: Brings a reflexive AI mindset and uses AI as a natural part of their process to iterate, research, and deliver better work. Comfortable working in AI-enhanced environments across writing, data analysis, content creation, or design. Regularly leverages AI tools such as Notion AI, Perplexity, Claude, Descript, Runway, Midjourney, or Microsoft Copilot i.e. to improve speed, clarity, or creative output. Additional skills and experience we’d prioritize (nice to have)… Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment, preferably within the healthcare industry. Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure. Familiarity with healthcare data standards and regulations, such as HIPAA and GDPR. Advanced analytical skills, including predictive modeling, machine learning, and data visualization. #LI-Remote The pay range for each job posting reflects a minimum and maximum range of annual base pay that we reasonably expect to pay for this position within the US. We carefully consider multiple business-related factors when determining compensation, including job-related skills, work experience, geographic work location, relevant training and certifications, business needs and market demands. The starting annual base pay for this role is listed below. This position may be eligible for performance-based bonuses as determined in the Company’s sole discretion and in accordance with a written agreement or plan. This role may also be eligible for equity awards. In addition, this role is eligible for benefits including, but not limited to, comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance; flexible time off and holidays; 401(k) with company match; disability insurance and life insurance; and leaves of absence in accordance with applicable state and local laws and regulations and company policy.
