We are growing our U.S. Industrial Sector team and seeking a Senior Client Manager with experience serving industrial manufacturing companies and delivering innovative water solutions. As a Senior Client Manager, you will lead strategic business development efforts with industrial clients, helping them solve complex water, wastewater, reuse, sustainability, and environmental challenges. You will build executive-level relationships, identify opportunities, guide account strategies, and collaborate with technical teams to deliver solutions that create measurable value.

About the Role Our Senior Client Managers serve as trusted advisors and are central to our client development strategy.
The successful candidate will be externally focused, highly curious about client needs, and passionate about helping industrial manufacturers solve complex water challenges. They will partner with client decision-makers to understand business objectives, operational priorities, sustainability goals, and water-related challenges while collaborating internally to develop and deliver integrated solutions.
This individual will build strategic client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and leverage the full breadth of the firm's technical expertise to strengthen partnerships and expand services. Success in this role requires strong relationship-building skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to generate opportunities that drive long-term clients and business growth.
Success in this role will be measured by: Growth of strategic industrial client relationships. Development and advancement of a robust sales pipeline. Expansion of services within existing accounts.
