Arbol is looking for a seasoned Senior Litigation & Liability Claims Examiner to join our growing property casualty claims team at Arbol National Insurance Managers. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in litigated liability claims, complex coverage analysis, and defense counsel management, along with the sound judgment and independent decision-making that come with senior-level experience. You'll work in a dynamic environment that blends litigation claims excellence with technology, including AI-driven tools, giving you the resources to deliver outstanding outcomes for policyholders and claimants when it matters most.
What you'll do
- Handle litigated liability and complex claims within the property casualty claims team
- Perform complex coverage analysis and independent decision-making on claims
- Manage and coordinate defense counsel
- Use technology and AI-driven tools to support claims handling and outcomes
- Communicate effectively in person, by phone, and via email
- Perform computer-based work and data entry tasks
What they require
- Senior-level experience handling litigated liability claims and complex coverage analysis
- Sound judgment and independent decision-making associated with senior-level experience
- Ability to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive motions (typing/data entry)
- Ability to lift/move up to 10–15 pounds occasionally
- Arbol participates in the E-Verify program to confirm employment eligibility
