What you'll do

  • Define KPI and metrics framework for Acuity, working across functions to determine measures that reflect business health and customer outcomes.
  • Own the business narrative on Acuity's performance across subscriber trends, revenue dynamics, and cohort behavior.
  • Produce analyses and frameworks that inform weekly business reviews, QBR presentations, and monthly deep-dives for senior and executive stakeholders.
  • Translate data insights, including cohort trends and churn patterns, into a business narrative.
  • Partner with Data and Insights teams to prioritize tables, build views, and close tracking gaps.

What they require

  • 5+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, or commercial analytics, ideally in a product-led or subscription business.
  • Proven ability to define and evolve metrics frameworks.
  • Strong data storytelling skills: able to translate complex findings into clear, specific narratives for executive audiences.
  • Technically fluent: comfortable writing SQL, working with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar), and doing self-driven analysis.
  • Experience as a cross-functional connector, working across finance, marketing, product, and data teams.
  • Strong spreadsheet and modeling skills.
  • Proven track record contributing to exec-facing reporting and decisions: WBRs, QBRs, board-level materials.
