What you'll do

  • Own and continuously evolve core company narrative, positioning, and messaging frameworks.
  • Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, HR, and Content to enable internal teams to leverage brand narrative.
  • Shape messaging for company announcements, executive keynotes, and major brand campaigns.
  • End-to-end ownership of customer story pipeline: identifying, recruiting, interviewing, and engaging customers.
  • Produce customer assets including written case studies, video testimonials, slide decks, and short-form snippets for social and web.
  • Work with PR, demand generation, and social teams to amplify customer stories into broader campaigns.
  • Develop naming conventions and messaging hierarchies with Product Management and Product Marketing.
  • Establish and maintain brand taxonomy, glossary, style guidelines, and brand governance process.
  • Collaborate with Content on a digital asset management program supporting core brand assets.

What they require

  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, product messaging, content strategy, or customer advocacy (B2B SaaS or technology background preferred).
  • Proven track record of producing compelling written content, particularly in-depth customer case studies and high-level messaging docs.
  • Strong ability to collaborate effectively with Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales, and Creative/Design without needing direct authority.
  • Skilled at conducting insightful, empathetic interviews with senior customer executives to extract powerful narratives.
  • Comfortable facilitating high-level strategy workshops and writing/editing copy under tight deadlines.
