They are now seeking to hire a Senior Bookkeeper to take ownership of day-to-day financial processing, reconciliation, and reporting. Operating on a part-time basis, this critical role ensures accuracy and timeliness in financial management, directly impacting the smooth operation of the team and client services. What you'll do
- Process end-to-end payroll and manage accounts payable transactions, ensuring payments are coded and recorded correctly.
- Reconcile bank accounts daily and manage inter-entity reconciliations to ensure ledger accuracy.
- Prepare monthly accounts using MYOB and Xero; compile cash flow statements and reports.
- Deliver financial reporting on time to meet strict internal and external deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal teams via Microsoft Teams, manage occasional inbound calls and maintain organised digital records.
