You'll work on the integrations that connect leading e-commerce marketplaces like Amazon and eBay to our ERP system, JTL-Wawi. You'll build new features, modernize existing structures, and help plan and develop connections to new marketplaces with your team.
Your responsibilities
Build and evolve mainly the backend — and occasionally the frontend — in native PHP and Symfony Develop and continually rework the processes that handle and deliver large volumes of data Design forward-looking architectures and solutions based on stakeholder requirements Ensure quality through unit testing and code reviews Shape our products and features around what's best for customers , and assist the Support team on customer systems when they need technical help
You have excellent skills in object-oriented PHP You're experienced in processing large volumes of data with MySQL and/or MongoDB You know your way around APIs, including documenting them with the OpenAPI Spec Unit and/or integration tests are part of your everyday work, and you're very confident with Git You bring a high quality standard and a goal-oriented approach, work independently, and coordinate well within a team You get into complex topics quickly and enjoy tricky challenges, high traffic, and billions of records You are based in Germany
