  • Take technical responsibility for how B2B processes are mapped in the CRM.
  • Identify bottlenecks in data maintenance and workflows, formulate requirements for structure and automation, and implement new processes with involved teams.
  • Take 0-to-1 ownership of B2B processes, from lead qualification to ongoing partner support.
  • Build clean processes where none currently exist.

  • Ensure CRM hygiene as the basis for reliable analysis.
  • Connect Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product for smooth operations with clear responsibilities and drive cross-functional projects.

  • Develop and maintain pricing and conditions logic in the shop and CRM: commercially sound, consistent, and understandable.
  • Manage the B2B shop and the Education shop: product access, collections, bundles, minor adjustments, and accompany the shop migration.
  • Ensure the quality of product data: complete, correct, and reliable.

What they require

  • 3-4+ years of experience in a sales organization, Commercial/Sales Operations, strategy consulting, or a scale-up.
  • Ideally experience with HubSpot and comfortable in CRM systems and digital workflows.
  • A hands-on generalist: think in processes and systems, implement yourself instead of delegating, and no task is too small.
  • Have independently led complex, cross-functional projects - from scoping and business case through implementation to anchoring in the team (SOPs, playbooks, trainings).
  • Think entrepreneurially: recognize opportunities, prioritize by impact and scalability, and make well-founded decisions independently.
  • Work highly analytically: comfortable with large amounts of data and spreadsheets and draw clear, actionable conclusions.
  • High affinity for AI and data: have already used AI tools in your work and want to make them an integral part of your workflow.
  • Critically review results, experiment with new approaches, and learn quickly.
  • Structure professional needs and translate them into actionable requirements for processes, data, and systems.
  • Communicate clearly and appropriately for the target audience within the company.
  • Staple is not just a job for you - but a mission you truly stand behind.
  • For you, respectful, empathetic interaction is not a checkbox - but the basis for good collaboration.
  • Challenges do not slow you down - they make you curious.
  • Think creatively and entrepreneurially - find ways where others see obstacles, and be truly effective in your roles.
  • Take real responsibility and make decisions with conviction - without anyone having to ask.
  • You don't need external structure - you create it yourself.
  • You use AI not because everyone else does - but because you understand that it fundamentally changes the way we work.
