What you'll do

  • Design, build, and maintain scripts, APIs, and workflow automations for workplace systems including Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian, and Okta.
  • Develop lightweight services or integrations connecting collaboration tools, GenAI tools such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and internal systems to enable agentic flows.
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and observability for automation and AI workflows.
  • Troubleshoot issues and identify opportunities for reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
  • Contribute to secure onboarding, off-boarding, and mover workflows across access, permissions, and SaaS tools using automation and safe agentic handoffs.
  • Collaborate with IT, Security, and People teams to embed identity, data, and compliance standards such as SSO, DLP, and classification through automation and script-driven guardrails.
  • Participate in pilot projects for new AI and productivity capabilities.
  • Integrate LLMs and agents.
  • Track usage and adoption metrics.
  • Build flows that assist users, such as knowledge agents and document summarizers.
  • Contribute to code review.
  • Document shared libraries for workflows and agents.
  • Build a library of integration templates for reuse across the team.
  • Partner with senior engineers to modernize workplace systems through scalable architecture, API-first design, and intelligent agentic workflows.

  • Integrate LLMs and agents, track usage and adoption metrics, and build user-assistance flows such as knowledge agents and document summarizers.
  • Manage day-to-day administration.
  • Develop scripts and integrations.

What they require

  • 4–6 years of experience in software engineering, systems integration, or workplace technology development, with a focus on automation or scripting.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming/scripting languages and comfort with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and integration frameworks.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and interest in agentic/AI workflows including LLMs, agents, and prompt pipelines.
  • Understanding of IAM/SSO or willingness to grow in this area.
  • Experience automating provisioning/access is a plus.
  • Experience or curiosity about CI/CD, workflow orchestration, and building self-service delivery models that leverage agents or automation.
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Comfortable collaborating with non-technical partners and translating automation into tangible operational gains.
  • Growth mindset and willingness to learn new AI technologies.
