What you'll do

  • Manage personal auto product forms and contract initiatives with an understanding of contract strategy.
  • Complete competitive intelligence research for specific states.
  • Analyze information from various resources to develop recommendations; independently drive revisions and own communication of changes to impacted stakeholders.
  • Research and answer inquiries related to coverages, forms, and contracts; monitor bureau and state activity and collaborate on achieving approval of filings from regulatory authorities.
  • Identify and lead process improvement initiatives; innovate and collaborate to design and develop language for new products and product updates.

What they require

  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, statistics, or other quantitative field.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant work experience (typically 4 years).
  • Prior experience interpreting and applying insurance policy contracts.
  • Project management experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and statistical software packages (e.g., SAS, Emblem).
